Our main ingredients

• Green rooibos: Stimulates the metabolism.
• Chamomile, anise and fennel: Calming and can resolve any stomach cramps.
• Rosehip and blueberry: Provides an antioxidant boost.
• Spearmint: Relaxing for muscles and stomach, can relieve skin irritations and makes the skin resilient.
• Dandelion: Improves the liver and intestines and cleanses the body.

How to use

Use fresh water from a cold tap. Boil up to about 90-100 degrees. Measure out 1 teaspoon for a cup, alternatively 1 tablespoon for a whole jug. Let steep for 5-8 minutes for a cup, and 10-20 minutes for a teapot. Enjoy a balancing and soothing cup of tea.

Volume

100g of loose tea gives approx. 50 cups of tea and can be brewed up to 3 times.
